Another dissatisfied customer filed a complaint for a loss of $34.20. They had used the services of Telmate to make a deposit in a commissary account at the Kootenai Jail. Although Telmate did take the funds out of the individuals bank account the money was never posted to the account of the inmate. I can have money on my account and still get nowhere with the calls that I receive. There have been times when my husband has called and the call is dropped only five minutes into the conversation. Thinking that I can accept another call, I am disappointed when I find out that the amount for the entire call is taken off of my account. My belief and from reading these reviews I believe it,they are trying to hide the ugly truth about the company. They are hoping that people will either not notice or not care.
